Cottage Food Disclosure

Tori’s Nut-Free is a registered Minnesota Cottage Food Producer, operating in full compliance with the  Minnesota Cottage Food Law (Minn. Stat. § 28A.152).

Made in a home kitchen that is not subject to state inspection.

All products offered by Tori’s Nut-Free are homemade and produced using safe food-handling practices in a completely nut-free environment.  While our kitchen is registered with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, it is not subject to routine state inspection.

Under state law, cottage food items may only be sold directly to consumers who are located within the State of Minnesota.  We currently limit all orders and deliveries to Minnesota addresses in compliance with this requirement.

Allergen Notice

Tori’s Nut-Free products are made in a registered Minnesota home kitchen that does not use peanuts or tree nuts as ingredients. All ingredients are chosen from suppliers that do not produce foods in facilities handling peanuts or tree nuts. While every effort is made to maintain a nut-free environment, we cannot control potential pass-through trace exposure that may occur at the manufacturing level of ingredient suppliers. This refers to unintentional allergen contact that could occur prior to ingredients reaching our kitchen.

Consumers with severe allergies should use discretion and consult their healthcare provider before consumption.
